Caregiver Support
Programs, training, support services, and support groups for those caring for elderly loved ones are offered.

Dementia & Alzheimer's Support
The Senior Center offers a number of educational/support programs throughout the year for elders and family/friends, many in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Association.

File of Life
The File of Life is a voluntary program designed to help your local first responders to quickly obtain in an emergency your necessary medical history, your support needs, and your emergency contact information.

Health Clinic
Learn more about the nursing services provided.

Health Insurance Counseling
Counseling is provided by appointment with a trained SHINE (Serving Health Information Needs of Elders) volunteer.

Meals on Wheels
Home-delivered meals (Meals on Wheels) are provided by Baypath Elder Services and are delivered to homebound seniors by our local volunteers.

MWRTA
Door to Door transportation is available for Southborough Seniors who are in need of service.

Outreach
Many seniors living in the community want nothing more than to live out their years in their own homes. In order to do so, some people may need additional supports or equipment, technology or services that will enable them to do so safely.
