The Master Plan Implementation Committee “MPIC” will meet with each board and committee, every six months, and review progress on their assigned recommendations.
The MPIC will provide templates to enable consistency of reporting by each board, committee and department, maintain the master plan website and manage community outreach on progress.
A written progress report, including issues and concerns raised during these bi-annual meetings, will be submitted to the planning board each quarter.
An annual update will be prepared for the planning board to share at town meeting.
The MPIC will maintain information on the status of recommendations and changes to estimated timeframes and funding sources. Although the master plan itself will not be updated until the next formal review process, likely to start in 2030, after the decennial census.
The MPIC shall continue until the planning board votes to dissolve.
