The Southborough Housing Opportunity Partnership Committee (SHOPC) is appointed by the Board of Selectmen. It is comprised of four at-large members, serving staggered terms of three years each. In addition, one member from each of the following boards serves on SHOPC: the Planning Board, the Board of Selectmen, and the Southborough Housing Authority for a total committee membership of seven.
