Health Department

The Southborough Health Department is not offering COVID-19 vaccine clinics this year. Please check with local pharmacies for availability or visit www.vaccines.gov. As of September 12th, the CDC recommends everyone 6 months and older get an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against the potentially serious outcomes of COVID-19 illness this fall and winter. For additional information visit https://www.mass.gov/covid-19-vaccine.

The Health Department recommends that residents order free COVID-19 test kits online. Beginning Monday, September 25, every U.S. household can place an order to receive four more free COVID-19 rapid tests delivered directly to their home. To place your order, visit: www.covid.gov/tests The Town of Southborough has a very limited amount of test kits located in the Health Department if needed. Once gone, they will no longer be available.
