Online Bill Payment

Payment of Property, Personal, Excise taxes, and Water bills may be made during office hours or online.

Taxes and water accounts are available to be paid at least 30 days before the due date.

Residents of the Town of Southborough can pay their Excise, Personal Property, Real Estate taxes, and Water bills online.

For Transfer Station Stickers please refer to the Department of Public Works(DPW ) either online or at 508-485-1210. Make a payment

To pay other bills online:

• Please have your tax bill account Number ready as shown on your real estate bill. (example: 3-32).
• Credit cards, checking account debits, and debit cards are accepted.
• Please note: Checking account debits have a.50 cents per cart fee.
• Credit card and debit card fees vary and will be disclosed before your transaction is complete.

Pay overdue excise bills with the Deputy Collector
Please note: Overdue real estate and personal property bills must be paid at the Town House.

This payment method not only assists in accommodating the residents of Southborough who want the convenience of paying their taxes and fees online, but it also benefits the town employees who need to serve the residents who wish to pay in person at the Town House.
